Studio connects the schedule, lesson plan, observations, assignment, repertoire, progress, and next step in one educator workspace—so continuity does not depend on rebuilding the week from memory.
Release state: Public signup and checkout are open. Every new Studio workspace starts in fictional-data mode. Private studio owners can activate real student records inside the workspace after accepting the applicable terms; creating a workspace alone does not authorize learner sign-in or family access. School and district use remains a reviewed request through director access.

Start with a 30-day trial and no payment card. The workspace is created when you open the emailed link; you subscribe from inside it, and nothing is charged during the trial.
Two plans on one axis — monthly or annual, a 20% saving on the year. There are no per-learner, teaching-location, or ordinary feature tiers. Founding access is handled separately. Sales tax is calculated by our payment provider at checkout.

Studio is a coherent teaching workspace, not a bundle of disconnected educator apps. Each capability supports the same job: carrying useful context forward.
Lesson requests
Publish availability in bands—Open, Limited, or Unavailable—through a private link. Families request a time; nothing books itself. You approve every placement and choose the pseudonymous learner label yourself. You can also enter an inquiry for a family who reached you by phone.
Assignments and materials
Send the next practice step with the repertoire or governed resource it belongs to, and reuse reviewed assignment templates.
Review and retention inside the lesson
Keep observations, teacher review, retention checks, and the limits of software evidence in one continuity story—part of the lesson workflow rather than a separate tracker.

What this does not promise
Release gates stay visible.
Broad learner and guardian accounts, general attachments, automated reminder systems, and an AI teaching assistant are not part of the current public offer. Real learner use is separately governed and organization-specific: buying Studio does not authorize it, and every workspace is created synthetic until it is. For a private studio or independent teaching practice, activation is self-serve: the owner accepts the current Terms, Privacy Statement, and activation disclosure inside the workspace — no review, no waiting — and records about children under 13 take one more agreement, the Under-13 Records Addendum.
The measurement boundary holds here too: software reports what an activity actually observed — answer accuracy, selections, input order — and never claims to hear tone, grip, or technique. Whether the playing passes stays the educator's judgment.
