It holds no learner records — and that is a smaller, clearer product, not a missing feature.

Scope: one percussion program's adult operational workspace — a Program grant opens Program Core alone and confers no Studio and no Tech. Student features are a separate product requiring a signed agreement and review. Multi-campus or district-wide scope remains a later custom conversation.
The Program job
Keep the adult operational work accountable.
Classes, itineraries, load sets, rehearsals, programming, the Library, Inventory, and rubrics are the workspace. Staff context sits around them; student records sit outside, in a separate product.
Load sets and one loading list
Build the kit each ensemble travels with. An itinerary merges several into a single deduplicated loading list, so the same timpani are not loaded twice or forgotten once.
Plan before, log after
Set repertoire-linked priorities going in, record what actually happened coming out, and carry the fixes and trends into the next rehearsal focus.
Concerts, parts, and a printable program
Plan shows, pieces, parts, performances, and ensemble goals — and print the concert program from the same records rather than retyping it.
Feasibility and real measurements
The Library and Inventory answer whether a piece is playable with the instruments on hand, and Inventory carries measured footprints rather than catalog guesses.
Stage plots and a truck plan
Draw the stage plot per piece and plan the truck from the same measured footprints, so setup and packing stop living in one person's head.
Purchasing, consumables, and scanning
Track vendors, funding sources, quotes, and purchase records; keep consumables at par with a usage forecast; and check gear in and out with QR tags and a camera scan instead of a clipboard.
Student records live elsewhere on purpose
Verification, pass-offs, rubric scores, and mastery belong to Praxis Learners, a separate product. Program Core reads and writes none of them, which is why it needs no student-data agreement to evaluate.
Your records stay exportable
Inventory and the Sheet Music Library export privacy-safe CSVs, and every governed record keeps its audit trail.
A Program grant opens Program Core alone
It confers no Studio and no Tech; those are held on their own grants. Whether a future Program purchase ever includes them is an open decision, not a plan.
Paths are not built yet
Versioned learning sequences are planned for a future release and have no destination in Program Core today. Nothing on this page depends on them, and no learner record is involved in evaluating Program Core.
Separated on purpose
Program Core is not Praxis Learners.
Program Core is complete without it. A director who never buys Praxis Learners is a whole customer, not a trial user — the adult workspace coordinates structure and operations without quietly turning on a learner surface. Learner identity, access, records, and family visibility require their own governed release.

Districts start at district review, which holds no student record.

Track purchasing steps. Do not replace the finance office.
Program tracks equipment purchasing as podium work — vendors, funding sources, quotes, purchase records, and repair status live beside the Inventory they explain. It is not a general ledger, accounts-payable system, payment processor, or replacement for district finance controls, and it does not try to become one.
